New Day provides financial support for everyday living expenses and emotional support so that families can focus on what matters — healing and wellness.
To qualify for assistance, you must:
Have a household consisting of a parent/guardian and at least one dependent.
Have an immediate family member in active treatment (infusion chemotherapy, radiation or surgery) for a cancer diagnosis.
Be represented by a health care professional, social worker or financial navigator to begin application process.
Applicant must demonstrate financial hardship or a loss of income due to the cancer diagnosis and identify specific expenses for which they need assistance.
Complete the Household Expense Worksheet below to get started. You will need to provide this information to your oncology social worker or medical professional.
Application must be received through an oncology social worker, financial navigator or medical professional at a hospital or cancer center.
If you don’t know your social worker or if your social worker is not familiar with New Day, we can help. Call us at (248) 648-1105 for guidance.
