The New Day Youth Council is for high school students who want to learn about philanthropy and support New Day with awareness and fundraising programs or events in the community. As a member of the Youth Council, students can gain invaluable hands-on skills through volunteering and planning fundraising events, while raising critical funds and awareness to help families overcome the financial side effects of a cancer diagnosis. This allows our Youth Council members to hone their leadership skills, grow their network and make a difference in their community.
Meetings are held both virtually and in person. There are several opportunities each school year for students to earn community service hours.
