On September 8, in Shed 5 of the iconic Eastern Market in Detroit, we came together for families fighting cancer in our community. Thank you for making it possible for hope to shine brightly!
Your generosity will have a positive and lasting impact on treatment outcomes and survivorship by reducing the catastrophic effects of financial toxicity caused by a cancer diagnosis.
The glamour of our gala was a stark contrast to the very practical support we provide to cancer patients and their families. Our own family is currently in the trenches with each of the families we serve. Our common bond is what fuels our desire to continue bringing real help and hope to all those who must walk this difficult road. We are in this fight together.
We hope our passion for the mission of New Day will become your passion. As long as cancer remains a threat, New Day will continue providing life-changing support to sustain families in our community.
Let’s continue to give generously as we anticipate the countless others who will suffer the high cost of cancer in the coming year. Your generosity will ensure that we reach families in their hour of need and make it possible for them to thrive in the face of tremendous adversity.
You are the hope of a new day!
