Volunteers are the unsung heroes of New Day! Our network of volunteers is made of uniquely gifted individuals who lend their time, creativity and talents to help us provide hope and support to children and families as they battle cancer.

Special event volunteers work on event committees, help on the event day and/or participate in the event.
Help make our event auctions and raffles a success by procuring items or packaging items for presentation.
Host an event for your circle of friends — anything from a bake sale to a pickleball tournament to a cocktail party.
Make fleece or knit blankets, donate items or organize a drive to collect items for our custom family care packs.
Become a New Day Ambassador! Attend community events and share the good New Day is doing.
Deliver groceries to a cancer patient or help by dropping off a New Day care pack to a family facing a cancer diagnosis.
Needed skills include financial planning, photography, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and more.
We are looking for inspiring supporters who want to take over our social media channels for a day.
Michelle became the first Greater Lansing volunteer for New Day, helping with its grocery delivery program for cancer patients.
